The Hall was saddened to hear of the passing of that fine all-round sportsman, Walter “Windy” LePage.

Walter was an exceptional athlete, most notably in the 100 yard sprint, where he literally could “run like the wind.”

He was a regular visitor to the Hall Of Fame induction dinner, and wore his status as a member of the Hall with great pride. On his passing he was the oldest living Hall member at 91 years young.

Rest In Peace Windy – it was a race well run.
